A: They are joggers with a single wheel in the heel that allows the wearers to go from walking to skating simply by popping out the wheel and then shifting their weight to their heels and give a push.
A: Push the button at the back of the jogger and POP out comes the roller and you are off skating.
A: While Pushing the button at the back of the jogger push the roller back into the heel. After the rollers are locked back into the heel cavities, you have a pair of running shoes.
A: We do not sell axles separately. You will need to purchase replacement wheels if you need new axles. Please contact Customer Service – customerservice@x-core.com.au
A: Yes. While protective gear is not required, we highly recommend its use when using Roller shoes.
A: Yes, the weight limit is 60 Kgs.
A: (1) Always stagger your feet with your strong foot in front – putting them side by side will result in your feet sliding out from under you.
(2) Be extra cautious when skating on uneven surface – debris and crevices can cause sudden stops and uncontrolled movements.
(3) Never skate faster than you can walk. When you feel like you are losing balance, stop skating by putting your toes down and lean forward.
A: (1) Crowded public areas are not good places for skating.
(2) Do not cause inconvenience to others by running into them or cutting them off.
(3) Do not endanger anyone elses safety or your own.
(4) Follow the rules in public places – if there is no skating allowed, make sure to retract your wheels or walk on them.
(5) Respect others' rights to enjoy public places just as you do.

Caution – While servicing your rollers be careful not to lose your spring or plastic ends on springs.
A: Cleaning your wheels with some WD-40 or bearing lubricant will usually solve the problem.

A. This Limited Warranty is the only warranty for X-Core® Roller Shoes. The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of three months from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Roller shoes. The Limited warranty will be void if you lose your proof of purchase.
