Q. What is my warranty?
A. This Limited Warranty is the only warranty for X-Core® caster boards. There is no other express or implied warranty. The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of three months from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the caster board. This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:
- modified in any way
- used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation
Q. Wheels have worn out, is this normal?
A. YES. Do not return them to the store. The wheels are not an item covered under warranty. There are several factors that can contribute to your X-Core® Caster Board wheels wearing. Since the motion of the X-Core® Caster Board is created by the wheels, casters and the swiveling of the rider the wheels can wear out very quickly. This is not a defect but a result of normal wear and tear. The wear and tear effect can be exacerbated by a first time user and wheel longevity should improve with the improvement in skill of the rider. The surface conditions that the X-Core® Caster Board is being ridden on can also have an effect on the wear and tear of the wheels, rough asphalt for example will cause the wheels to wear out very quickly.

Q. What is ABEC and what does it have to do with my wheels?
A. ABEC, Annular Bearing Engineering Counsel, is a rating system used by the bearing manufacturers (ABEC 1, 3, 5 and 7). Usually the higher the rating the more precise and smooth the ride is. The ABEC rating does not, however, determine the speed of the wheel and is in no way a measure of the quality of the wheel. X-Core® Caster Boards wheel come with ABEC 7 bearings.

Are there any weight restrictions with X-Core Caster Boards?
A. Yes, the weight limit is 65kg.
Where can I ride my X-Core Caster Board?
A. CHECK LOCAL LAWS REGARDING CASTER BOARD USE. Check local laws and regulations to see where and how you may use your X-Core® caster board legally. Check local laws and regulations regarding laws governing helmet use and caster board operation in your area. Never ride in traffic or on the street and watch your surroundings for pedestrians, bikes, and skateboarders and scooter riders. Use the caster board in areas free from fixed or moving hazards, such as poles, curbs, hydrants, walls, parked automobiles and traffic. Use the caster board only on smooth, dry, level ground without loose debris, such as rocks or gravel. Rough surfaces increase wheel wear and tear.
