* Buyers must read and agree with the warranty policy, postage/ shipping costs and payment details before buying.

* Delivery is carried out by either Australia Post or a Nationwide courier company to residential or commercial address only, no PO Box delivery.

* Delivery time will take approximately 2 to 7 working days for major cities and 5 to 12 working days for outback areas. Please supply correct telephone number (preferably mobile phone) for courier to call when delivering large items, also it is very important to make sure someone is always available to sign for the item, otherwise there may be a delay for re-delivery after an unsuccessful delivery. 

* All goods will be despatched within 24 hours of clearing payments received.
